The Kentucky 4-H Country Ham Show will be held in a different manner this year because of changes to the Kentucky State Fair in Louisville.  University of Kentucky Extension Meat Specialist Dr. Greg Rentfrow talks about how the hams will be judged, the essay contest, and the importance of teaching the history and legacy of country ham.
