June is Dairy Month in Kentucky and across the nation. Kentucky Agriculture Commissioner Dr. Ryan Quarles says it is important to salute the more than 400 dairy farms across the state, look for Kentucky milk on the shelves, eat a little extra ice cream this summer, and realize the importance of milk in a healthy diet.
