Thirty outstanding Kentucky 4-H members will receive scholarships to attend the State Teen Conference in June and National 4-H Congress in November in Atlanta Georgia after a strong showing in state 4-H Achievement competition.  Program Director Dr. Kimberly Leger talks about the program, the selection process, and what each of the thirty will have a chance to do.
