Joe Arnold with the Kentucky Association of Electric Co-ops says electric Cooperative crews from across the United States were recently in Kentucky to help restore power to more than 300,000 electric cooperative members and more than 600,000 Kentuckians following the March 3 wind storm. Arnold details the restoration process and how many of the crews were returning the favor to Kentucky.
