Kentucky Agriculture Commissioner Dr. Ryan Quarles told Kentucky Farm Bureau during their annual meeting this month that agriculture has experienced challenges in 2020 but will end the year on top. Quarles thanked Farm Bureau members for their service and commitment during the year and talked about how that helped keep agriculture moving.
