Pennyrile Region State FFA Vice President Ellie McGowan says Kentucky FFA is reaching a new group of potential future agriculture leaders through middle school FFA chapters that are starting across the state. McGowan and state President Mallory White say they are excited about what the program is doing for young leaders.
