Kentucky Farm Bureau President Mark Haney says policy concerning livestock pricing was a major topic at the American Farm Bureau meeting in January.  Haney, who serves on the American Farm Bureau Board, says determining a fair pricing structure for all areas of the country was the focus of the policy that drew quite a bit of debate.
