Kentucky Pork Producers Executive Director Nikki Ellis says more than 150 youth exhibitors are showing more than 500 pigs at the Kentucky State Fair. Ellis says the swine showing project is one of the fastest growing livestock showing programs, with participants learning a variety of responsibilities while caring for their animals.
