Broadbent B & B Foods owner Josh Poling says a prayer was answered when the Kuttawa company won Grand Champion honors at the Kentucky State Fair in Louisville August 14. Poling talks about winning the winning ham, his desire to bring home another championship, and keeping country ham curing alive in Kentucky.
