Kentucky Cattleman’s Association President Alan Bryant says the KCA delegation discussed with their members of Congress the need for federal legislation to help control black vultures on their farms. Bryant says they also discussed the need for some waivers in the livestock trucking industry that could save farmers money and be a positive move for the environment.
