Cadin Conlin from Whitley County is excited to find a heifer for his growing cattle operation thanks to the Kentucky Cattleman’s Heifer Initiative grant. Conlin won the intermediate division of the contest that is sponsored by Farm Credit Mid-America that will allow him to spend up to $2,000 to purchase the heifer of his choice for his operation.
