Commonwealth Agri Energy President Mick Henderson says the Renewable Fuels Association is hopeful the Environmental Protection Agency will extend the waiver to allow the sale of E-15 this summer.  Henderson says that will result in lower prices for consumers at the gas pump and fill the void left by the ban on Russian oil.
