Lexington Mayor Linda Gorton says the Bluegrass Ag Tech Program is utilizing two million dollars of funding to help provide Challenge Grants across the state to develop the next generation of Ag Tech. Mayor Gorton discussed the development of the challenge grant program and how they are being utilized.
