Miss Kentucky Alex Franke says she is looking forward to serving a second year as the spokesperson for Kentucky Proud and Kentucky Agriculture after the 2020 pageant was canceled due to COVID-19.  Franke recently told the WAVE-Ag group during a virtual meeting how she is continuing to reach out to school children in the state in spite of the COVID-19 pandemic.
