University of Kentucky Extension Tobacco Specialist Dr. Andy Bailey says 2021 is looking to be a positive one for tobacco growers across the state.  Dr. Bailey discusses demand from companies, labor issues, and the decrease in the amount of burley tobacco grown in the state.
