Katelyn Hawkins with the Kentucky Cattleman’s Association says celebrating Beef Month this May is taking a different form after a year of COVID-19 as consumers celebrate with their families.  Hawkins says have explored new cuts of beef this year and new ways to cook beef during the past year.
