University of Kentucky Agriculture Economist Dr. Jordan Shockley says farmers are still apprehensive about carbon credits and how that fits into a farming operation.  Dr. Shockley says there is only one company in Kentucky, with a number of factors for farmers to evaluate before signing a contract.
