Dr. Julia Herman with the National Cattleman’s Beef Association says the Beef Quality Assurance Biosecurity program is giving farmers a tool to help provide some security and safety to their herd.  Dr. Herman talks about the BQA Biosecurity program, how farmers can use it, and the part it plays in food security.
