Governor Andy Beshear says assistance for Eastern Kentuckians impacted by the recent flooding and severe storms has been overwhelming.  Governor Beshear provides an update on the Eastern Kentucky Flood Relief effort, how the money being donated is helping the families, and other needs that are being met.
