Kentucky Agriculture Commissioner Jonathon Shell launched his “Agriculture is Economic Development” campaign Monday, July 22, at Murray State University. Commissioner Shell laid out the objectives of the plan to a group of city and county government leaders and economic development officials in the first of several stops he has planned across the state.
