Kentucky Farm Public Affairs Director Kyle Kelly says the organization’s membership is focused on the beginning farmer tax credit. Kelly says the credit was passed five years ago by the Kentucky General Assembly and Farm Bureau members want to see changes to make the credit available to more farmers.
