Kentucky Farm Bureau President Mark Haney says policy concerning livestock pricing was a major topic at the American Farm Bureau meeting in January.  Haney, who serves on the American Farm Bureau Board, says determining fair pricing structures for all areas of the country was the focus of the policy that drew quite a bit of debate.
