This week we meet the Caldwell County FFA President and learn about why he decided to run for president, and all about his SAE!

Daniel Laurent grew up raising hogs and wanted to run his own line of duroc show pigs. He has shown his pigs all the way up to the Kentucky State Fair. His goal is provide commercial and show hogs that fit the standard and meet top quality.

While he is busy with his hogs, he also likes learning about other aspects in agriculture. One of his favorite parts of FFA is getting to experience more fields like crops and equine.
