The new owners of Hampton’s Premium Meats say some positive changes are coming to the 45-year old meat processing business in Hopkinsville.

Chris Milam, who owns and operates Hampton Premium Meats, introduced partners the Hallway family from Logan County and his two sons during the Christian County Cattleman’s meeting Tuesday night at the Christian County Extension Office.

Milam says the number one concern he has is continuing to keep good employees.
