The Kentucky Ag Tag Program provides some friendly competition across the state, with Kentucky Ag Commissioner Ryan Quarles talking about ways farmers and others can purchase tags and help three organizations.    Quarles says the top counties compete for some prizes, with the county clerks and their deputies the ones responsible for making the program happen.
