On Friday January 12th the Kentucky Cattleman’s Association held their annual awards banquet.
Among the awards were the five hall of fame winners from each region across Kentucky, three winners of the association’s Heifer Initiative scholarship; a program which gives one student from three different age groups $2,000 to go towards a heifer of their choice, and various other awards.
Also during the banquet an auction for the Kentucky Junior Cattleman’s and the Kentucky Cattleman’s Associations was held.
