With consumers continuing to alter their buying habits due to COVID-19 shutdowns, there is some concern about the safety and abundance of the food supply in Kentucky and across the nation. Kentucky Commissioner of Agriculture Dr. Ryan Quarles says there is no food shortage, but agriculture is having to adjust to a new way of purchasing food.
