University of Kentucky Extension Meat Science Specialist Dr. Gregg Rentfrow says the supply of meat is still adequate in the state despite the wake of recent meat processing facility shutdowns across the country. Rentfrow says he does have some concerns about price fluctuation and the supply of meat in rural parts of the state.
