Kentucky Agriculture Commissioner Ryan Quarles says he was proud to host the National Association of State Departments of Agriculture as he closed out his year as President of the organization in September.  Quarles talks about showing his colleagues Kentucky and discussions with Secretary of Agriculture Tom Vilsack concerning regulations, trade, and other topics.
