Kentucky Soybean Association President Adam Hendricks recently presented the distinguished service award to former Kentucky Agriculture Commissioner Ryan Quarles for his eight years of service to agriculture. Commissioner Quarles thanked agriculture for their support during his two terms in office at the Kentucky Commodity Conference.
