Executive Director Melissa Miller says the Kentucky 4-H Foundation is preparing to decorate Fasig Tipton with Emerald Green for the Emerald Gala set for May 14.  Miller talks about the event, the partnership with Chef Ouita Michel, and what the gala celebrates and accomplishes.
