The 2023 Nature Fest kicked off Saturday afternoon in Hopkinsville at Jeffers Bend. Booths were set up from a petting zoo to pumpkin painting and many other educational stations. Charles Turner talks about why the festival was started and its goals.

The event also influences the importance of agriculture along with getting children in nature.
