Kentucky Agriculture Commissioner Ryan Quarles says restaurants across the state are ready to completely reopen following the COVID-19 pandemic.  Quarles says eating at local restaurants is a great way to support agriculture, with restaurants struggling to find employees to help with their complete reopen.
